Rules of Engagement
- After completing your bio and request the Committee will evaluate all candidates to match participants.
- Based on your expertise and candidate request, the Committee will find the best possible candidates that will match your requisite
- A connection and introduction of Peers will be made via email by the Committee.
- Peers must be willing to devote a minimum of 1 hour per month.
- Peer engagements will last for a period of 6 months, unless extenuating circumstances dictate a change.
- Both parties must be willing to actively discuss any challenges or questions your peers may have. Both parties agree to be open, approachable, and engaged in conversation.
- Don’t be shy in asking questions, there should be no cynical judgment.
- After 6 months, the Committee may ask if you would like to be placed back in the pool if another match can be made.
- All information exchanged between Peers must be kept confidential. Any information shared outside the Peer Connect without the others consent will be grounds for dismissal from the program and HFTC.
- All pairings are kept confidential and no information about the pairings will be shared unless otherwise directed.
- HFTC and Peer Connect maintain no responsibility or liability of the Peer Connect information shared between participants and any or all actions thereof.
