Mr. Cristiano joined Nebulas.co in May of 2023 as Partner and Director of vCTO. At Nebulas, Mr. Cristiano leads the department in offering outsourced CTO’s for other firms in need of a seasoned technology leader. This broad portfolio includes all aspects of technology including vision, compliance, trading, disaster recovery and cybersecurity. Mr. Cristiano provides architectural oversight and strategic direction across his client group.

Prior to Nebulas.co, Mr. Cristiano was the CTO at JANA Partners for over 15 years, responsible for aspects of technology.

Mr. Cristiano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University.

Nick Mancini is a fast-paced creator of change and optimization, having broad experience in Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, Software Development, and IT Operations. Over his more than 25 years in the industry, he has held numerous Chief Technology Officer positions in the alternative investments industry. Nick has advised over 100 of the world's largest and mid-ranged hedge funds as either a Virtual CTO and Virtual CISO.

Having managed large teams of 100+, Nick has a passion for optimizing team performance through goal setting, focus on employee engagement, personal development, and team efficiencies for a more balanced quality of life.

Nick received a B.S. in Computer Science from Manhattan College.

Naresh H. Singh is a Managing Director, Head of Information Technology who joined Lenox Advisors in 2012. He is responsible for managing the overall corporate IT strategy and infrastructure for the firm. As Head of IT, he oversees data centers, servers, storage, networks, telephony, the service desk, and information security.

Naresh has a diverse background leading technology teams in the financial services sector, including broker-dealer, hedge fund, RIA and asset management firms. He holds CISSP®, ITIL, HIPAA and MCP certifications, and is also an affiliate of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Computer Society Division, and a member of ISACA, PMI and (ISC)2.

Naresh earned his B.A. from New York University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Northeastern University.
