You will receive a personalized introduction to your matched peers, initiating the opportunity to engage in enriching conversations, collaborative projects, and mutually beneficial learning experiences.

PeerConnect Introduction and Expectations: Matched peers will have the opportunity to meet face to face during the program’s kick-off event. This event serves as a platform to discuss program expectations, establish goals, and foster a sense of camaraderie among participants`

Setting Beyond PeerConnect Plans: Each set of peers will collaboratively establish their “Beyond PeerConnect” plan, ensuring that their connection extends beyond the program’s duration. By setting concrete plans and goals for continued engagement, participants can nurture and sustain the valuable relationships they have built, fostering ongoing support and growth even after the formal program concludes.

Sustaining Connections: Participants are encouraged to sustain the connections they have built during the program. By staying in touch with their matched peers, they can continue to exchange knowledge, provide support, and collaborate on future endeavors

HFTC-hosted Events: As part of the “Beyond PeerConnect” initiative, HFTC will continue to organize an annual event where PeerConnect participants can come together and further their learning outside of their matched peer connections. These events foster ongoing growth, collaboration, and learning, providing valuable opportunities for networking, joint projects, mentorship, and professional development, ensuring that the connections formed during the program continue to thrive.
